What does an LED Screen cost?

LED display rentals are based on application, screen size, LED screen types, travel fees, availability and production needs. Because of the many variables that go into pricing, please fill out our quote form for an accurate price.

Are your LED walls weatherproof?

All of our trailers and most of our modular panels are rated IP65 which means they are rainproof and dust proof.

Do I need to supply power?

All of our LED mobile trailers have on board generators and no power supply is needed. We can provide power generators for our modular systems for an additional fee. If shore power is available, the amount of power needed and amperage is based upon size. Specific power needs will be discussed once we know your video wall needs.

What pixel pitch are your panels?

All of our mobile LED trailers are 4.1 mm. Our modular panels vary depending on application.

What is the set-up time?

Our LED trailers can be set-up in about 30 minutes with minimal staff. Our modular video walls are a little more labor intensive requiring more staff and set-up time is dependent upon size of screen.

What does the rental process look like?

Pretty simple. Fill out the LED quote below and we’ll contact you shortly there after. Once we chat and determine your specific needs, we’ll send you a detailed quote. Once signed with a deposit, your LED rental is booked. We will communicate with you up until your event to ensure all your needs are met and your video display is perfect!
